Annual Membership Meeting 2024

The 2024 Grand View Shores Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, May 25th at 10AM.  Thanks to all who attended!  The meeting notes have been posted to the Documents section of this website for your review.

Annual Meetings are always held on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend at 10AM and are located in the cul-de-sac at the end of Grand View Trail off of 23rd Street. All property owners are encouraged to attend.

Annual Association Fees

 Grand View Shores Association Fees are increasing to $350 per year beginning in 2025.  This covers association insurance, putting docks in and out each season, maintenance of stairs and paths that lead to the stairs, etc.  

Please note: The walking path is part of the WRPCO - owned 100 foot strip and is maintained by them.

An additional fee is charged for each property owner who puts out a full season watercraft stations (such as a boat lift). This is an annual charge from WRPCO that is currently $300, which Grand View Shores passes onto the boat owner. These fees may increase occasionally at WRPCO's disgretion.

Boat Lifts

Please contact Tyler from Dock Masters if you him put your boat lift in last year and do NOT want him to put it in for the summer of 2025.  He will just assume you want it in again unless he hears from you.
